We have decades of experience reupholstering:
Some of our areas of expertise and services we can provide for you are:
There are many reasons to choose to reupholster rather than throw out!
KEY TIP WHEN HAVING UPHOLSTERY WORK DONE:
If the piece is being refinished, save all springs, foam, old fabric, etc. And try to have a "before" picture of the piece before refinishing to help us tailor the piece to original state.
DO NOT REMOVE OLD FABRIC
Many people ask if this will save money, it will not! It takes more labor for us to recreate a pattern when the old fabric is removed.
Here at Tepe Furniture we strive for the finest quality in our craftsmanship. Our employees are trained and experienced to handle your piece with the utmost care and respect.
Our goal is to always obtain customer satisfaction, paying meticulous attention to detail to be sure your piece meets our fine quality standards.
You can rest assured knowing your furniture is in capable skilled hands.

When you've been in business for nearly a century, we tend to hear a few repetitive questions being asked. Below you'll find a few of our frequently asked questions and general answers:
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes! We will happily use fabric purchased from outside sources, although please be aware a cutting and inspection fee may apply.
How long will my upholstery take to do? The time frame can vary depending on the size, amount, or complexity of your project. Typically our backlog can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the season, and our turn around rate from pickup to delivery is typically 2 weeks at most.
I can't fit my furniture in my car, how do I get a quote?
There are a few options to solve this! You can:
My recliner wont work/is leaning, can you fix it?
Yes! However we can not guarantee our work on mechanism repairs due to the wear and tear mechanisms endure on a daily basis.
Do you make slip covers?
Unfortunately we do not! The labor and time involved for us to sew a slip cover is as much (if not more) than reupholstering a piece so it is one of the few services we can not offer.
