We do not, as a general rule, quote any piece(s) that we have not seen, be it photo or in-person. There are some exceptions that can be made, depending entirely on the circumstances and the piece(s) in question.
When we are ready to begin work on your project, the time frame can vary depending on the size, amount, or complexity of your piece(s). An average work time estimate would be 2 weeks
We perform reupholstery at our shop. What this means is that we take each piece down to the frame and then upholster. This is the proper way to perform the process and we will never simply go over the old material, it will always go to the frame with our shop
Of course! Feel free to supply fabric purchased from outside sources for your project, but please be aware a cutting and inspection fee will apply (without exclusions)
Per company policy, we do not sell supplies or materials. Examples include fabric, foam, nailheads, etc
While it is true that smaller pieces take less time to complete, we will always try to maintain the order of the backlog and not hold one customer above another. If something is here and small, it might be slipped in between larger pieces but there are no guarantees of this and it is entirely at shop discretion
No, we do not. The only exceptions to this being cornice boards and valances
Unfortunately no, we no longer work on the mechanisms of pieces

Generally speaking, no. We are more than able to do minor touch ups and legs, but for the more involved refinishing projects we would recommend The Strip Shoppe (574)272-5060
Unfortunately we do not offer any cleaning services whatsoever. We would recommend MasterCare (574)234-2500
We do not, with some exceptions. We would recommend Barry's Seat Cover (574)288-4603
